These flies originally designed by Ken Abrames can add a mystical quality to your bass fishing. How you fish or indeed tie them is your decision whether stripped on an intermediate or dead drifted on a floater – try and let the material, the tide and the tie do the work in those weaker currents.

Abrames covers about 90 different striper patterns, he discusses selection of materials, fishing the flies and a lot of other aspects. Abrames' patterns and instructions are clear and easy to understand. The list contains well known and less known patterns.
